No matter what athletic background you have have, you will leave each session with increased overall body mastery and knowledge.
Getting fit is best done with a partner or two! Sometimes it helps to see someone else sweat and feel the burn that you feel. Share the love with a group session with some of your friends or family. Partner movements and combinations are emphasized in a session that will leave each participant feeling competitive and fulfilled.
